Weather & Environmental Safety

Immediate Shutdown Required If Any Of The Following Occur

  • Sustained wind exceeds 15 mph (even briefly)
  • Inflatable lifts, rocks, or shifts
  • Anchors loosen or fail
  • Fabric flaps excessively
  • Lightning is observed or nearby
  • Heavy rain creates unsafe footing, pooling, or reduced supervision
  • Any condition where continued operation creates risk

Weather Authority

  • Customers are usually allowed to decide regarding weather until safety thresholds are crossed
  • If conditions indicate a complete washout or safety risk, management and/or the Driver makes the final call
  • Once shutdown criteria are met, operation must stop immediately
