Immediate Shutdown Required If Any Of The Following Occur
- Sustained wind exceeds 15 mph (even briefly)
- Inflatable lifts, rocks, or shifts
- Anchors loosen or fail
- Fabric flaps excessively
- Lightning is observed or nearby
- Heavy rain creates unsafe footing, pooling, or reduced supervision
- Any condition where continued operation creates risk
Weather Authority
- Customers are usually allowed to decide regarding weather until safety thresholds are crossed
- If conditions indicate a complete washout or safety risk, management and/or the Driver makes the final call
- Once shutdown criteria are met, operation must stop immediately
