Training Philosophy

Bounce USA training is built on:

Training is not complete until it is: taught, demonstrated, tested, and documented.

New Hire Requirements (ALL ROLES)

  • Review of Master SOP Manual and department-specific SOPs
  • Safety orientation: weather shutdown rules, injury & emergency procedures, equipment handling
  • Ride-along or shadow shifts
  • Completion of required quizzes
  • Sign-off on Employee Acknowledgment
