Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Procedures

Pre-Trip Checklist (MANDATORY)

Vehicle

  • Fuel level sufficient
  • Tires properly inflated
  • Lights operational
  • Ramp or liftgate functional
  • No dashboard warning lights

Load Verification

  • Correct inflatables loaded
  • Correct blowers loaded
  • Correct accessories: stakes, sandbags, tarps, extension cords, hoses (if wet units)
  • Load order matches delivery order

Truck does not leave until everything is confirmed correct.

Post-Trip Return Procedure

  • Refuel truck (if required)
  • Remove trash and debris
  • Report: dashboard warnings, unusual noises, handling issues
  • Log mileage if required
