Owner Responsibilities

  • Define company vision, values, and long-term strategy
  • Approve all SOPs and major revisions
  • Oversee financial health and growth
  • Maintain insurance, licensing, and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as final authority on disputes when required

Owner intervention does not override safety decisions already made.

Management Structure

Three core operational leadership roles:

  1. Operations Manager — Daily operations oversight
  2. Warehouse Manager — Inventory and equipment control
  3. Lead Driver — Field management

Each role has clearly defined authority and responsibilities to prevent overlap confusion.
