Daily Operations Oversight

Morning Responsibilities

  • Review daily delivery schedule
  • Verify correct units, addresses, contacts, special notes
  • Confirm crew assignments, truck assignments, start times, load order
  • Ensure all staff are present and on time
  • Handle last-minute call-outs

Throughout the Day

  • Monitor routes and deliveries
  • Act as escalation point for late deliveries, setup issues, customer complaints, weather concerns, equipment failures
  • Adjust schedules dynamically when units go down, trucks break, customers cancel, weather changes

End of Day

  • Confirm all units returned, incidents reported, trucks refueled, crews clocked out correctly
  • Review damage reports, missing equipment, crew performance

Staff Management & Leadership

  • Assist with hiring and training
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations
  • Enforce SOP compliance
  • Issue corrective action when needed
  • Recognize strong performers

Safety & Risk Management

  • Enforce anchoring, electrical, and weather rules
  • Monitor wind and storm conditions
  • Make shutdown decisions when safety is compromised
  • Ensure incident reports and photos are completed
