Emergency Shutdown (All Units)

Emergency Conditions (Any One Requires Shutdown)

  • Weather triggers per SOP 3.1
  • Medical or injury incident
  • Equipment failure (blower, anchor, fabric)
  • Power failure affecting safety
  • Unsafe customer behavior that cannot be corrected
  • Loss of supervision or crowd control
  • Fire, gas, or electrical hazard
  • Any situation creating unreasonable risk

Shutdown Procedure

  1. Stop all activity immediately
  2. Remove participants safely
  3. Power down equipment once safe
  4. Block entrances and prevent re-entry
  5. Maintain calm and control
  6. Notify Operations Manager as soon as possible

Emergency Communication: Driver must always have a charged cellphone on site for calling 911, contacting management, and receiving emergency alerts.
