Delivery & Setup Expectations

Delivery Window

• Delivery times are sent a few days before the event
• Delivery window is +/- 30 minutes
• Early delivery (hours to a full day early) may occur during busy periods
• Typical setup time is 30–40 minutes (estimate only)
• Setup location is exactly what is listed on the invoice

Power Requirements

• Customer must provide one dedicated 20-amp circuit per blower
• Circuits may NOT be shared
• Generators may be offered if customer power is insufficient
• Customers may NOT plug other items into Bounce USA power

Water Use Policy

• Water use must be approved in advance
• Customer Service must confirm water use before event day
• Delivery driver confirms water use before unloading
• Proper tarping and hose setup required
• No unplanned water usage is permitted
