Training is considered complete only when:

  • Training checklist is completed
  • Quizzes are passed
  • Field performance is verified
  • Supervisor sign-off is recorded

Certification Records Must Include

  • Employee name
  • Role(s) certified
  • Date completed
  • Trainer name
  • Signatures
