Day-of-Event Rules (Customer-Facing)

  • Customers may NOT plug other items into Bounce USA power
  • Water use only if pre-approved
  • Safety decisions are final

Post-Event Follow-Up

  • Request photos
  • Encourage repeat bookings

Documentation Requirements

All interactions must be logged, including: date and time, channel used, quote sent and receipt confirmed, decision-maker identified, discounts applied, follow-up actions required.
