Warehouse Safety

  • Enforce proper lifting techniques
  • Gloves and PPE used as required
  • Walkways kept clear
  • Fire exits unobstructed
  • Fans positioned safely
  • Electrical cords not overloaded

Communication & Reporting

The Warehouse Manager communicates daily with: Operations Manager, Lead Driver, repair vendors, Owner (as required).

Provides: inventory status, damage reports, turnaround timelines, staffing needs.

Problems must be caught before they reach the field.

Authority & Decision Rights

  • Reject damaged units for re-rental
  • Pull equipment from inventory
  • Delay loading if standards are not met
  • Require re-cleaning or re-rolling
  • Escalate issues immediately
