- Electrical cords not overloaded
Communication & Reporting
The Warehouse Manager communicates daily with: Operations Manager, Lead Driver, repair vendors, Owner (as required).
Provides: inventory status, damage reports, turnaround timelines, staffing needs.
Problems must be caught before they reach the field.
Authority & Decision Rights
- Reject damaged units for re-rental
- Pull equipment from inventory
- Delay loading if standards are not met
- Require re-cleaning or re-rolling
- Escalate issues immediately
