Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 2 weeks before event: Refund minus 5% admin fee
  • 2 weeks or less, weather-related: Raincheck OR refund minus 5%
  • 2 weeks or less, non-weather: Credit only
  • After setup: Full balance due — no refunds or credits
  • Severe weather: Management / Owner makes final call
