- No discounts offered proactively
- $15 discount allowed only if the customer asks
- $25 discount allowed only if the customer asks AND subtotal exceeds $750
- Any other discounts, overrides, or fee waivers require management approval
Fee Transparency Requirement
Every quote must clearly communicate:
- Base rental price
- Delivery fee (additional)
- Tax (additional)
No surprise fees. Transparency prevents complaints.
