Role Definitions & Responsibilities
Owner
Set company vision, culture, and long-term strategy. Approve SOPs and major revisions. Oversee financial health. Ensure compliance with insurance and legal requirements. Final decision-maker for company-wide issues.
Operations Manager
Oversees daily execution, staffing, routing, safety enforcement, and issue resolution. Reviews delivery schedules, assigns crews, monitors routes, enforces SOP compliance, and assists with hiring and training.
Warehouse Manager
Controls inventory integrity, cleanliness, drying, staging, and readiness. Can reject units for re-rental, pull equipment from inventory, and delay loading if standards are not met.
Lead Driver
On-site supervisor and safety authority. Directs crew at each stop, makes setup and placement decisions, enforces safety rules, monitors weather, communicates with Operations Manager.
Driver
Responsible for safe transport, proper setup, customer interaction, and teardown. Can shut down units for safety and stop unsafe behavior.
Helper
Supports Drivers and Lead Drivers during setup, teardown, and load-out. May NOT make independent setup or safety decisions. Must defer to Driver or Lead Driver.
Customer Service Staff
Manages all pre-event and post-event communication. Responds to inquiries, sends quotes, maintains transparency, logs all interactions. May NOT override pricing authority or make field decisions.
