Quote-First Policy

Every customer receives a quote immediately. Qualification questions happen after the quote is delivered.

Quote Delivery & Closing Procedure

  1. Send quote immediately
  2. Stay on the line to confirm receipt
  3. Confirm the decision-maker
  4. If decision-maker: ask if everything looks good, request deposit
  5. If not decision-maker: identify approval process, push order forward
