Emergency Conditions (Any One Requires Shutdown)
- Weather triggers per SOP 3.1
- Medical or injury incident
- Equipment failure (blower, anchor, fabric)
- Power failure affecting safety
- Unsafe customer behavior that cannot be corrected
- Loss of supervision or crowd control
- Fire, gas, or electrical hazard
- Any situation creating unreasonable risk
Shutdown Procedure
- Stop all activity immediately
- Remove participants safely
- Power down equipment once safe
- Block entrances and prevent re-entry
- Maintain calm and control
- Notify Operations Manager as soon as possible
Emergency Communication: Driver must always have a charged cellphone on site for calling 911, contacting management, and receiving emergency alerts.
